Days Air Safari Masai Mara – Masai Mara is situated in south-west Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania it forms Africa’s most diverse, incredible and most spectacular eco-systems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing eco-system. it stretches 1,510 sq km (580 sq miles) and raises 1,500-2,170 meters above sea level. Add the conservancies and the area is at least twice the size. It hosts over 95 species of mammals and over 570 recorded species of birds.
This is the World Cup of Wildlife, and together with the Serengeti National Park there is no better place in the world to see what the Maasai Mara and Serengeti National Park provide. Wildebeest Migration: Make sure you have your safari booked planned out that includes the Maasai Mara. The wildebeest migration is nothing short of amazing. Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve
- 06:30 AM: Departure from your Nairobi hotel or airport
- 11:30 AM: Arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve entrance after a scenic 5-hour drive through beautiful Kenyan countryside
- 13:30 PM: First game drive in Masai Mara followed by check-in at your lodge/tented camp for lunch and relaxation
- 15:00 PM: Afternoon game drive in the world-famous reserve
- 18:30 PM: Return to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay
Day 2: Full-Day Masai Mara Safari Experience
- 06:30 AM: Begin full-day game drive adventure in Masai Mara
- 13:00 PM: Enjoy packed lunch at designated picnic area within the reserve
- 13:30 PM: Continue afternoon game drive exploring different areas of the reserve
- 18:30 PM: Return to lodge/tented camp for dinner and overnight stay
Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
- 06:30 AM: Breakfast and departure from Masai Mara
- 10:00 AM: Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park entrance after scenic 4-hour drive
- 13:00 PM: Game drive in Lake Nakuru followed by check-in at your accommodation for lunch
- 15:00 PM: Afternoon game drive focusing on flamingos, rhinos and other unique wildlife
- 18:00 PM: Return to lodge/tented camp for dinner and overnight stay
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha and Return to Nairobi
- 06:30 AM: Breakfast followed by final morning game drive in Lake Nakuru
- 10:00 AM: Exit park and travel to Lake Naivasha
- 12:30 PM: Arrive at Lake Naivasha for lunch at local restaurant
- 14:00 PM: Optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha (extra cost)
- 16:30 PM: Departure for Nairobi with arrival at your hotel/airport in the evening
